i dont get it! how do i soppose to remember the coulors of the those things? if i dont know what each coulor means can i still see my lvl? i mean in numbers?

look in your user it will show which lvl are you like 1,2,3... and the picture of the lvl.

and if you want to know somebody else lvl (in numbers) in the game you can't!

Or just learn on of them xD
